You realise that if I accept this deal, it will be a "fire and forget" car used for daily
transport and not
motorsports. As in, if the cost of any repair reaches half the price of the car then I will set it on fire and forget about it.
HAHAHHAHHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAAAAAAHAHAHA...
But in all seriousness, I have been offered several good deals. One of which being a 4WD Subaru wagon that I can put to work as a tow car as well as a daily driver. Since you assume yourself to be "king" of Cordia's, then you'll have no problem with telling me what the Cordia's
towing capacity is.

Finding a bone stock (turbo I assume) Cordia that is problem free is like finding a needle in a hay stack. If driven moderately, I can only assume that there is potential for reliability...but I don't drive moderately! If the intention is for it to remain stock, i imagine that it could be a reliable runabout...especially if you have the labour side under control. It is only when you start to twitch and modify things that you realise that modification parts arn't exactly from off the shelf..
Actually it isn't a matter of whether it's the turbo model or not; I'd prefer if it were NA since the parts are easier to get from the wrecker's. I'll definitely not be modifying it if I take the offer; cars this old need a lot of work and attention to stand up to punishment and I only need it until its rego runs out(after which I'll send it on to the recycler's)
It'd be good if I can use it as a tow car too, but I really doubt it has close to a 1-ton towing capacity(for safety's sake)
